Minimally invasive implant surgery allows us to continue offering these life-changing treatments, without the patient having to go through invasive surgery. Advances in technique and technology mean we no longer have to create a flap in the gum or remove gum from the bone in order to safely and securely place an implant. Now, using 3D printing and imaging, we can make models of the mouth, scanning and evaluating it so that we can assess bone structure and density and plan the surgery from there.

Using this technology, a plan is made up and followed by the drill during the surgery, removing the need to make any incisions in the jaw. Minimally invasive implant surgery is therefore much faster and more efficient than other methods of placing implants. It also provides a more comfortable patient experience, and significantly reduces the amount of healing time.
